Macbeth Footwear Studio Project Spring 2009
Hunter Burgan is the bassist for the influential rock band AFI. Hunter is a devout vegan and has become a brand ambassador for Macbeth’s Vegan line of Footwear, helping to build The Macbeth Vegan program into what it is today
For Spring 2009, Hunter dedicated to design a vegan high top that would provide anklesupport for his active live performances. He chose Ballistic Nylon and Synthetic Nubuck textiles for the upper so that the sneaker was more durable.
“My new high top is 100% Vegan, provide great ankle support, look awesome and also protects your foot from stray bullet.” – Hunter Burgan.
